Dayton's oldest and most historic Scuba Club, the Kittyhawk Scuba Club is dedicated to the fun and fellowship of scuba diving, promoting continuing education and diver safety.  The Kittyhawk Scuba Club was started in 1959 as a dive club affiliated with Wright Patterson Air Force Base.  Even today, the Club's name is rooted in its history with the air base.  The club has evolved over the years and is no longer a based sponsored activity.   As a dive club, we strive to promote safe diving, protect the underwater environment and develop a better understanding of the world of diving. We sponsor both regional and local dive activities geared toward the recreational diver.  We also provide a variety of non-diving activities for family and friends.  If you are a new diver or an experienced diver, you will find the Kittyhawk Scuba Club has much to offer in the sport and camaraderie of scuba diving.
